Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to reschedule. This provides us with the opportunity to accommodate our waitlist clients. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be rescheduled if it inconveniences another client.
NO SHOWS will be recorded, and a service fee may be applicable. Any deposits will not be refunded. (also applicable to cancellations less than 24 hours).
